UL Listed HomeSaver Pro Guardian Cap
The Guardian Cap attaches to both reline and solid-pack, Class-A jobs by sliding inside with a tight friction fit. It's UL Listed for use with all HomeSaver Flex relining pipe. And it works great with Heat-Fab Ridged Stainless reline jobs also. Although it's not UL Listed for Heat-Fab; It carries a Lifetime Warranty for all fuels. The Guardian Cap comes preassembled. The four legs inside the screen are welded to the base. The lid is then bolted to the legs at the factory. Just take it out of the box and it's ready to install. the Guardian Cap is available in 3"-12" diameters. It is available in 316-alloy. The 3" and 4" models come with a 5" high screen and 9" diameter lid. The 5"-8" models come with a 5" high screen and 13" diameter lid. The 9"-12" models come with a 6" high screen and 17" diameter lid. Our Guardian Caps are available in some sizes with 5/8" mesh to meet codes in California and 3/4" Mesh for all other states. 316-Alloy, 3/4" Mesh

HomeSaver's Air-Cooled WindBeater Cap is a great, economical, lifetime
warrantied alternative for preventing downdrafts. If you
frequently experience wind-related back-puffing, this cap could
solve the problem. However, it won't cure non-wind
related draft problems. The WindBeater is made of heavy, 24-ga., 304-alloy
stainless steel, and is available in 6, 8 & 10" diameters.
Adaptors Included. 
Yes, we have size options for WindBeaters for
Rectangular flues! The small Rectangular WindBeater Fits Flues
with minimum inside dimensions of 6 1/4" X 10" and provides 58 1/2"
of cross-sectional area. It comes with a masonry adaptor with
plate dimensions of 10" X 14". The small size is ideal
for 8" X 12" flue tiles. The large Rectangular WindBeater
fits flues with a minimum inside diameter of 10 5/16" X 14 1/4" and
provides 146" of cross-sectional area. It comes complete with
a masonry adaptor measuring 14" X 18". The large size is ideal
for 12" X 16" flue tiles. The round WindBeater is also
available in 3" - 12" diameters.

related draft problems. To attach the WindBeater to relining
pipe, just slide the base inside the pipe as far as possible and
secure with screws. With solid pack, class-A chimney with
sealed ends, push the cap into the sealed end chimney until
secure. Silicone the joint where the chimney and cap
meet. The WindBeater is made of heavy, 24-ga., 304-alloy
stainless steel, and is available in 3" - 12" diameters.
Small and Large rectangular sizes and stainless adaptors for masonry
flues are also available. 
To use the 6" x 12" diameter
HomeSaver WindBeater Cap on a masonry flue, you need this 304-alloy
stainless steel WindBeater Masonry Adaptor. Each adaptor has a
14" x 14" 24-ga. base plate you can easily trim with tin snips
or a sheet metal shear to the exact size needed. A
pressure-fit device inside the adaptor secures it to the flue
tile. Then you simply attach the WindBeater Cap to the
adaptor.
This stainless mesh will keep birds out and special design
fits easily into ALL WindBeater caps. It's available in sizes to
fit 6", 7", and 8" caps.
The Vacu-Stack Cures most wind
related back puffing
problems. Customers who live in the mountains, foothills,
or around trees or tall buildings often complain of back puffing
problems on windy days. The Vacu-Stack may be the
solution. These obstacles may deflect wind down the chimney,
overcoming the draft. But, when wind hits the uniquely
designed Vacu-Stack, it actually increases draft in proportion to
the speed of the wind. A word of caution - the
Vacu-Stack won't cure an otherwise poorly drawing flue.
Therefore, do not be tempted to use it to cure anything but
wind-related back
puffing problems. The Vacu-Stack is made of 26
ga., 304-alloy stainless steel. To install, slide the
Vacu-Stack into the pipe and seal with a bead of High
Temperature Silicone Sealant. See 
Standard Vacu-Stack, Featured above, work great on
masonry and class-A chimneys, but they are only designed to fit on
class-A chimneys with solid-pack insulation. This model
however is designed to fit on 6", 7" ,8", or 10" inside diameter,
double or triple-wall, air-insulated class-A chimneys or can
be used with a solid-pack pipe with the insulation exposed.
(Be sure to specify air-insulated when ordering.) The special
large 15 5/8" bottom collar attached to this Vacu-Stack keeps rain
from entering the air-insulated chimney and maintains the proper
internal venting that this type of chimney requires. LIFETIME WARRANTY 
This stainless mesh will keep birds out and special design

fit 6", 8", and 10" caps.
To attach a Vacu-Stack
to a masonry flue, begin by sealing the Vacu-Stack Masonry Adaptor
to the top of the flue tile with silicone sealant. See Repair
Products. Then turn the wing nut device that extends the ends of the
threaded rod at the sides of this adaptor (see Photo) until the ends
of the rod are wedged at the corners of the flue. The
Vacu-Stack itself then simply fits into the round portion of the
adaptor. See price chart for Adaptor
sizing. 
Choose between
stainless steel or galvanized steel painted black. Support
tabs inside the base allow this cap to sit on the flue tile and the
cap is then secured with screws through strip-proof weld
nuts (allowing for a wide fitting range).
To get the
correct size, measure the inside diameter of the center pipe!
You must use the correct cap for each
system. Using a single wall cap on air insulated chimney can
cause it to over heat. Check your pipe with the diagram
below.
