Flint River
Ranch products are purchased by those Pet Lovers with an awareness
of both the health benefits and the lower feeding costs of Super
Premium Foods. They have learned there is a considerable difference
in the nutritional, digestibility, and health value of natural foods
in comparison to those pet foods containing chemical preservatives,
fillers, by-products, and artificial flavors and colors.
The total
Flint River Ranch business is simple - it is a solid service,
sharing, sales, and marketing plan offering a premium quality
consumable consumer product. It is a program designed to kindle the
spirit of entrepreneurship without the usual large start-up costs of
conventional business. The Marketing Plan provides a quick method of
exposing Flint River Ranch products to the general
public.
Distributors
participating in the Flint River Ranch marketing program usually
begin on a part-time basis as an Independent Contractor. It takes
time to learn enough about the business to effectively share it with
others. Each Distributor is their own boss. Each Distributor has the
ground floor opportunity to build an organization through the
process of duplication. First, build a customer base with friends,
relatives, and neighbors that understand that you are showing them
how to improve their pets' health and lifestyle while reducing their
feeding costs. Go to parks and areas where people walk their dogs;
hand out samples and tell your story. You will be amazed how excited
and appreciative they will be. Build a base of 15 to 20 customers
and show them how easy it is to ORDER DIRECT.
From
this customer base will emerge people interested in becoming
Distributors themselves. Your group downline will build
automatically when they have a choice between paying retail price or
receiving a monthly check for their purchases. When you sell the
product, you also sell the business opportunity.
Marketing
Plan
Following is
a brief outline of the Flint River Ranch Business and Marketing
Plan. It includes important terms, requirements, and compensation
plans.
NOTE: Each
Associate is subject to the terms, policies and procedures as more
fully defined in the Distributor Manual available from Flint River
Ranch.
Terms
Defined
- ASSOCIATE -
Individual completing a Flint River Ranch Associate Application
form. There is no investment required to enroll and to obtain a
FRR computer reference number (code).
- DISTRIBUTOR - An
Associate that purchases and/or markets Flint River Ranch products
and develops a retail customer business to earn commission
income.
- SENIOR DISTRIBUTOR -
A Distributor that develops a business to earn a commission income
from individual purchases and retail customer sales - and is
eligible to earn bonus income by sponsoring, training and
supporting other Distributors.
- PERSONAL VOLUME (PV)
- PV is assigned to retail products sales volume. PV can be
generated from direct customer sales and/or personal purchases. PV
is determined monthly and is not transferable.
- MARKETING MATERIALS
and PRODUCT SAMPLES - A new distributor may be able to obtain FRR
literature, materials and product samples from their Sponsor, or
they may order direct from Flint River Ranch.
- CUSTOMER PRODUCT
ORDER - To correctly register a customer to a Distributor's
account, customer's first order should be written and mailed/faxed
by the Distributor. Thereafter, customers can order direct.
Include full payment with order, check or credit card. Orders are
not processed on an open account.
- COMMISSION INCOME -
A 19% of PV commission is paid to qualified Distributors and
Senior Distributor on their individual purchases and personal
sales.
- COMMISSION
ELIGIBILITY - Personal Volume of 100 PV (monthly) is required for
a Distributor or Senior Distributor to qualify for commission
income on sales generated during that month. PV volume does not
accumulate from one month to another.
- BONUS ELIGIBILITY -
Senior Distributors are also eligible for monthly
- BONUS INCOME if 100
PV is qualified during the monthly period. A Groups is Bonus
Qualified (BQ) if one of the Distributors with the Group downline
qualifies with 100 PV eligibility. Bonus eligibility is determined
monthly and is not accumulated from one month to another. PV's are
not transferable with Groups.
BONUS
INCOME - Bonus Income, based on Downline Level, is paid to qualified
Senior Distributors on the individual purchases and personal sales
of their
- downline
Distributors and customers.
- HOW THE LEVEL OF
BONUS INCOME IS DETERMINED - When a Senior Distributor directly
sponsors a new distributor - the network formed with and under the
new distributor is considered the Senior Distributor's sponsored
group. The number of monthly qualified Senior Distributor's
separate Groups equals the number of Levels Down bonus income is
paid. For example, if a Senior Distributor has 3 qualified Groups
during the month, he is eligible for bonus income income down 3
levels.

Pro Forma
Income
For
a qualified Distributor with one customer purchase 40 PV monthly -
the commission earned is $7.60. This is 19% of the 40 PV's. However,
you will need at least 100 PV's within the month to start receiving
monthly commission checks.

By being a
Flint River Ranch customer, you are already more than halfway there
in becoming an Independent Distributor. If you are not yet a
customer of Flint River Ranch, then you'll need to place your first
order with us in order to set-up your account. You may do this
simultaneously with your application for Distributorship; however,
we recommend that you place at least one order first.
Next, follow
these steps:

complete the Distributorship
Application Agreement by clicking here.
- Please be sure to
indicate your "FRR" customer code. If you are not sure of your
code, please contact Flint River Ranch at (909) 682-5048, or you
may contact us at (512) 264-2207. It may also be found in your
Invoice of the last order shipment you received.
Follow
the instructions at the top of the application.
After Flint
River Ranch receives your application, you will be notified of your
distributorship status by mail. You may then begin to place orders
for yourself and for your new customers and start receiving monthly
commission checks!
