Making grape jelly last summer was a pleasure.  My organic Mustang Grape Vine is starting to show signs of coming back to life, can't wait for those beautiful clusters of dark purple grapes.  The first pick of the season when there were still green ones to skip over will probably start in June.

I will make Grape Jelly, Venison Jelly, Jalapeno Grape Jelly and Spice Grape Jelly. Yummy!
